Refund & Returns Policy

Refund & Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting customerservice@eastarborgoods.com. Please include a reason for the request and if an item is damaged, please attach photos. We will confirm if items need to be returned and next steps. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week.
